Shah Kabob House is a family owned & operated restaurant under the management of Shah Himself. Shah is a former US special operations linguist. He Started Making Kabobs while deployed in Afghanistan to enjoy it with his battle buddies. His friends Called it Shah Kabob. And, Shah kabob became a weekly routine until the deployment ended. Shah found inspiration in flavors he discovered with his teammates and proudly bringing those discoveries to Shah Kabob House in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
